Not all steps accounted for

My fit bit is not properly adding steps to challenges. It will show the correct total under the steps but in challenges they are not adding up correctly. It is challenges that I've started so there shouldn't be a time zone difference. Is this happening to anyone else? How do I fix it?

Welcome to our Community @Marybev! Hope you're doing great! Smiley HappyI'd like you to know that there are some possible reasons for this to happen as the following:

 

1. Steps fully synced to our database but you're not viewing the mobile app dashboard in Live Data Mode. 
2. You manually logged an activity. 
3. You used MobileRun to track GPS data with your app.
