Lost all my steps

So today I had a very busy day and did 18,000 steps. I have just gone to sync my charge hr and everything has been lost. My fitbit totals have gone back to zero, my app doesn't show any steps, only what I have done since I synched.
I have checked the app and phone are up to date and I have also checked it is the correct time zone.
Please can someone offer some advice on what to do.

Welcome to our Community Dwozzer! Hope you're doing great! Cat HappyTry restarting your tracker by following the steps @SunsetRunner provided here. Then, make sure to follow the steps I provided in this thread and make sure your Internet and Bluetooth connection are working properly.
