Not getting email notifications

Have been getting all notifications until recently,  stopped getting email notifications.  Have tried all the tips other than factory reset on my versa. Very frustrating.  Thinking about getting rid of it altogether.

This whole thread is about having the correct setting on your phone and Fitbit app. That is assuming your tracker is not in sleep or DND mode.

Ok fitbit is a pain, but without knowing what the issue is, I'm not going to be able to help.

Several people have posted the issue multiple times, read the threads, no email notifications or notifications of any kind.

The solution was pretty simplistic (uninstalling and reinstalling, really?) and of course didn't work, the Versa 2 has a function problem as has been widely reported. The Versa 2 simply doesn't process notifications. You are trying to pretend to fix a defective product. Just close the thread.

The email notifications stopped working on my Inspire 2. The text notifications and calendar notifications work, but the email notifications stopped working for no reason. I tried restarting the watch and force quitting the app and refreshing notifications clearing user data and did a factory reset and none of this worked, and the email notifications was one of my favorite features. I have a galaxy a51 5g phone with android 11 system
