Not getting notifications on Alta

I'm not receiving text messages or email notifications from my Fitbit alta

@Almilkins Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that you aren't getting notifications on your Alta. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

Hi! Thanks for the info. My husband FINALLY got it where I needed it to get my texts, but some how I no longer have the battery notification to tell me my charge status, I'll have to use my phone to tell I guess. Happy I'm getting my texts tho, 😊
