Fitbit is syncing steps and other tracking data, but not showing call and messaging notifications.
Unable to resolve after re-start or re-set.
Kindly provide tech support.

A common problem with missing notifications on the Charge 2 is where it is accidentally put into "do not disturb" mode. This is turned on / off by pressing and holding the button on the Charge 2. Could this be the issue here?
If not, I notice that your phone isn't on fitbit's list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices Have notifications ever worked with this phone?

It's not clear to me whether things need to change in the firmware or in the app or even if a fix is possible at all. Unfortunately, fitbit doesn't tend to communicate anything in advance so we can only keep an eye on the list of supported devices in the hope that things change. Sorry things are so vague.
