I have tried everything to get texts and such on my Fitbit. Yes, it's compatible. Any suggestions I haven't tried?🤔

Best AnswerHi @Iggys5
Which platform? Android, iOS or Windows? The more we know, the better to point you in the right direction. I have Android and had to make sure I gave permission in my Fitbit app and to my phone.
Best AnswerThanks. I'll move this over to the Android section of the forum, so you can get more relevant replies.
Check your permissions on the phone (not just the Fitbit app) to be sure you're allowing the functions you wish.
Best AnswerSend a text to yourself. It's how I test mine out.

From your trackers notification settings page, tap the 3 dots in the top right - send test.
Did you get a test?

Hi. I've done all that. I don't get it? What am I missing? Fitbit notifies me with incoming calls but no texts, emails and such.
