Hello @Missajo719.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the matter, I certainly understand how this can be very frustrating.
My recommendation in this case would be to support this suggestion about the Note 8. You can vote or comment on it to show that you'd like to see it implemented. Be sure to also read the FAQ if you have any questions on the way that board works.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

Welcome to the Forums @Missajo719.
Thanks for trying the reset and lettings us know that it didn't resolve the situation.
This might be happening because the Note 8 is currently not a part of our supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with it and thus some issues might happen.
As long as the phone fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is chance that the app will work correctly, however we cannot guarantee that it will. Some users with unsupported phones have mentioned that following these steps helps with the notifications, maybe you could give it a shot.
It is important to mention that there is a Note 8.0 on the list, but it refers to a tablet released a number of years ago.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

Just found this out. I've had the Versa for 3 months and notifications worked fine and now they just stopped. I'm also noticing that I can't load a lot of clocks and syncing has been an issue. This is really disappointing since I probably can't return the Versa. 😞

Hello @SunsetRunner.
Thanks for answering my questions.
Did you try to follow all of the steps I shared above? They should definitely help out in getting the notifications to work correctly.
If it doesn't work then maybe it could be related to the fact that the phone is not on supported devices list. You could also try to use a computer or another mobile device to try and sync your Fitbit to your account. Click here to get instructions on how to sync with other devices.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
