Hi,

I updated my versa firmware in the morning and since then I'm not getting notifications on my versa. I tried everything that was given in troubleshooting but still it's not working.

I don't  either. I have called fitbit customer service and they can't get it to work either

  • Disable the battery optimization for the Fitbit app
  • Lock Fitbit app in multitasking switcher 
  • Restart your OnePlus device

This worked for me..
