My Fitbit HR isn't receiving text messages from my Samsung Galaxy s10. It's only receiving phone calls. It was working a week or two ago and now it has stopped. I've restarted my phone as well as my Fitbit and nothing worked. I've disconnected my bluetooth as well and nothing has worked.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if this inconvenience was experienced after updating your mobile device to Android 10? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Inspire HR are correctly configured.
After verifying the above, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
