Not getting texts on Charge 3

I have a Huawei nova 3i. I bought my charge 3 2 weeks ago. Every 2 hours I have to restart my phone to get texts, phone calls. I have also had to reboot my device 3 times since purchasing as it wouldn't sync. My daughter got hers at the same time and hasn't had any dramas. Am seriously thinking of returning it as I am less than impressed.

Thanks for sharing all of those details with us.

This might be happening because the Nova 3i is not part of the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone.

As long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it. Some users of unsupported devices have mentioned that following these steps helps with the notifications.

Let me know if you have any further questions.
