Not getting the 4 numbers to continue set up

When trying to set up my Charge HR I get as far as the numbers but they do not show up on the device. It is fully charged so that is not the issue. Occasionally the time will show but that is only what I get.

Thanks for checking that it is fully charged before posting in here.

 

In this case I'd like to recommend that you try going through these steps to help your Fitbit to complete the set up. Be sure to try all of them in order.

 

In the meantime I'd like to ask you some questions:

  • What phone are you using for the setup?
  • What Android version are you running?
  • Do you get any error messages? If so, what do they say?
