Not happy

I just got my fitbit for my birthday and it wll not sync with my Lg V20 and this is very dissapointing to me I loved it when i put it on but when i wanted it to work with my phone it will not so now I have to return my birthday gift abd im very dissatisfied

Hi @Sandmarie, I totally understand your frustration.  Have you verified that the Blaze does not work with your phone?  Or it should, but is just NOT.

That happen to me as well but I downloaded the app on my husbands phone and it worked fine.

Unfortunately, @Sandmarie, the LG V10 is on the Fitbit Compatible Devices list, but the V20 is not. Sometimes the app will run on a device even though it is not yet on the list.  Can you connect to the tracker with the app on the LG V20, but just having trouble syncing?

But i can't receive text and phone calls from it when you did the app was ge able to get any text or phone calls?

The problem was i couldn't get text or phone calls

I called them and unfortunately theu don't have anything that will work with my V20
