I recently had to get a new phone and went with the Samsung S7. Had a Note 4 prior to that and loved it. One too many drops did it in. I am having issues setting up the Fitbit notifications. Get text notifications just fine. It just isn't notifying me on the calls. When I go to the notifications sections on my Alta, it says that Do Not Disturb is turned on, on my phone. It is not. After many attempts I found that if I put my phone on mute, that is when I do not get the calls. On the Note4, I could have my phone on mute and my Fitbit still told me when I had a call. Great function, especially at work. Could keep my phone silent, but knew when I had a call. Is this something that I can change to work like my Note4, or am I just out of luck?

Hi @AnitaN, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community, I was reading your post that your call notifications are not going through and you are seeing a message that Do not disturb is enable when you have your phone only in silent mode.
Well, in this case you are correct and rest assure this is a glitch affecting this portion of the app. You can try to add an exception to the Fitbit app as a workaround in order to receive notifications:
For more details about the progress of this issue and more help, refer to our dedicated post: "Do not Disturb" error notification.
See you around and stay tuned for more updates.
