Tracked run never appearred

I talked a run yesterday, but after finishing it, it never appeared with the map and details.  The time running appear to be 'auto-detected' and showed up as active minutes. 

During the run all seemed normal and it was giving kilometer updated like I expected.

Thanks for bringing this up. I'd like to take a closer look at what is going on and ask you some questions to better understand:

  • Did the activity show up at any point on your app or never?
  • The manually detected run that have, does it account for the full time of the run or only a partial amount?
  • When did you first notice this happening? Has it happened multiple times?
  • If so, when was the last time it happened?

In the meantime, I'd recommend logging out of your account and then back in. This should help in case the issue is related to the information on the servers. The log out will force the app to reload everything up and thus some information that is not showing might come up.
