I have a new inspire hr fitbit. I downloaded the app and my email verification link expired it said.I hit resend MANY times and still not getting anything.I contacted support through live chat and they were going to have someone contact me via email to fix the issue but nothing yet.What do I do?

This same exact thing is happening to me. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve uninstalled the app, or how many times I’ve tried sending the email again. It always says it’s expired. The only one time I was actually able to log in, I realized I had clicked on the wrong kind of Fitbit. What do I do now?

When adding a new device to your current fitbit account. Stay logged into your Fitbit account and do an Add Device. You will not have to verify your email address.
You do not want to create a new account but read up on adding a new device to your current account.
For the users that are having issue with the verification e-mail, I would contact fitbit.

This has happened to me on other platforms too, not on Fitbit though. However, if you have requested the account verification email multiple times, you will also receive multiple emails. Since you have not kept track, the last email you receive seems like the last email you requested. However there is a bit of a delay when generating multiple requests. So the link on the last email you received is overridden by the last request, which you are yet to receive. In my case it happened with the password reset email. I just waited a few minutes before accessing the last email I received. Please make sure to request it just one more time and wait for the email.
