Not receiving any notifications or calls

I know many have posted that the new update isn't allowing the notifications or calls to come through. I really hope they fix this soon. Also, has any one else's vibrate gotten weaker? My iconic is new so I feel this shouldn't be happening already. I also tried making it strong in the settings but it's the same strength as normal.

In regards to the notifications, it is always a good idea to check if your phone shows on the compatibility list. Incompatible phones are expected to have issues with the app given that it has not been fully optimized to work with that phone. Having said that, as long as your phone has Bluetooth 4.0 and at least Android 4.4 there is a possibility that then notifications could work. If it does meet those requirements, please also try these steps.

 

As for the vibration, let's try to restart your Ionic to see if that helps with the strength.
