HELP!! I am not receiving my notifications for my phone calls on my Versa. I have the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. I have no problem receiving text, email, or calendar notifications just not getting call notifications. I done a factory reset. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled. I have turned off bluetooth. Basically I have done everything. I even returned my first Versa and got another one and still the same issues. It is so frustrating!!

I had the same problem with a Samsung S7. No phone calls on watch but still received text and emails. I also tried all the different suggestions and spoke with tech support just to try everything again to no avail. Oddly, I noticed the time on my phone was off by 2 minutes compared to watch and all other devices. Went to phone settings to change the time and found the automatic date and time was turned off. Turned the setting on and thought nothing of it until I recieved a phone call 1 minute later and it showed up on my watch! Has worked flawless since....... Hope this helps.

I hope they see this also because I am sure there are others having the same issue. This is such a simple fix instead of having to go through all the other steps over and over again.

I can't believe that is all it took to fix my issue. I actually spent forever on the phone with Fitbit support and they couldn't figure it out. They actually had me return mine to the store and get a new one because they thought something was wrong with my tracker. I saw that there were many issues with the Galaxy S7 specifically having this problem so I was hoping a lot of trackers would be purchased for Christmas and the issue would become more of a priority. The only thing that worries me is I was having trouble with my time because half of the day it would be correct and the other half of the day it would be an hour off. That is the reason I turned off the automatic time update in the first place so fingers crossed this afternoon the time is still correct. Thanks again for sharing this fix!!
