Hi @Mikeeddy1977. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for letting me know that your Charge 2 isn't connecting nor receiving notifications. As with any other app, Fitbit optimized the Fitbit app to work with certain models and currently your LG Stylo 4 phone isn't part of the compatible devices list. While we cannot guarantee that it'll always work, we can try some troubleshooting steps and see how it goes:

  1. Remove the Charge 2 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby just for this process.
  3. On your phone's settings, tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
  4. Go back one screen and tap on force stop.
  5. Reboot your phone and restart your Charge 2.
  6. Then hold the left button on your tracker to turn on the notifications.
  7. Open the Fitbit app, sync your Charge 2 and set the notifications.

If the issue persists, please let me know the error message displayed when trying to receive a notification or pairing it via Bluetooth. This will help me to continue working with you.

Keep me posted.
