I'm not sure what's going on with Fitbit Alta HR.....but.....I am not satisfied at the least bit!!!! I keep reading about how aware Fitbit is about the issue android users are experiencing. Sorry but I don't want to experience anymore than I am right now. We Android users & others phone providers should demand our money back or some type of compensation for no service. It is not our fault....yall can't fix it so give us what we are due, either another Fitbit or money back Asap.

Thanks for your reply @carolynmurray24, sorry for the delay in responding your post.
To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Alta HR are correctly configured.
After verifying the above, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
Keep me posted.
