My new Versa 2 is connected to my phone Samsung S7 but not receiving any notifications. I cannot use Alexia, my Starbucks app isn't syncing.
Please help.

In regards the notifications issue you're experiencing, If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa 2 are correctly configured. About the difficulties experienced with Alexa, please check: How do I use Alexa on my Fitbit Versa 2? for more information about this specific feature. In regards the Starbucks app, keep in mind that you it's only available in the United Kingdom, United States and Canada.
