I use a FitBit Charge 2 and Surface Duo (with Android 10 & the FitBit app) to send call, text, and calendar notifications. This sometimes works, but is inconsistent. I don't always receive the notifications on my FitBit Charge 2 even if I do receive the call or text on my phone. I always have the devices near each other. Sometimes (and this is also inconsistent) they also have trouble syncing. The Surface Duo is not listed as a compatible or incompatible phone (probably because it is very new), so I am wondering what kind of experience anyone else has had when combining these devices. Hopefully the Surface Duo will soon be added to the list of compatible phones, because the notifications are probably one of my favorite features.

Hi @njsokalski, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you and even more if the notifications feature of your Charge 2 is your favorite one. Our Support team informed me that they already provided you assistance to resolve this situation. That said, I recommend you to contact them back if you require further assistance or if you have any additional questions about the outcome of your case.
I'll be here if you need anything else.
