Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro & Fitbit Inspire HR won't work at all

Dear Fitbit-Team!

I am so very sad and angry.. I was so happy and excited to get my new fitbit inspire hr, but it doesn't work at all with my Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro. I don't have another device, I tried to sync with my computer, but NOTHING worked. I tried all recomended steps I found in the forum, but really nothing worked out. I can't even use the fitbit as a simple watch... I read that I am not the only one with this problem, so PLEASE (!) make them compatible with Xiaomi phones..
