Sooo, this all started with an Alta and a Samsung s7, the Alta stopped getting messages, at first just some and then all. Side note the s7 is on the compatible list. Several back and forths with fitbit.....try this and try that. The Alta died and they gave me a nice discount and I purchased an Inspire HR. All was wonderful for awhile and then it only got phone notifications and some texts, then no texts. I notified fitbit and was told they were aware of the problem and sometime in the future it would most likely be fixed and thanks for my patients. I said nope I was not ok with a defective device ! Now they say it is my phone. I now have a Samsung s10e, not on their compatible list although it meets all the necessary hardware requirements. I had the s10e when I purchased the Inspire HR and all was fine for sometime. I see many post online about this problem and I am extremely dissatisfied with fitbit. I hope this gets fixed so I can once again say only good things about their products and services.

Hello @goingdown, welcome to the Community Forums!
I appreciate the information and details that were shared in your post, totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. Let me share with you that the Samsung Galaxy S10e is not currently listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you may experience certain connection difficulties with it. I'm aware that some users are and were able to use non-compatible devices with our Fitbit products, however, we cannot ensure a proper function of all its features due to this compatibility concern, Android and Fitbit app updates.
Even though your mobile device is not compatible, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Inspire HR are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
If by any chance you're still unable to receive notifications on your Fitbit with your mobile device, I suggest you to try with a compatible device instead and let me know if the issue persists.
Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.
