I just switched from Samsung S9 + to Google Pixel 4 XL and the Inspire HR is no longer getting call or text notifications. As Fitbit recommended, I updated the app. Also, all notifications and location detections are turned on. Any other suggestions?

Hi @Pamela_Gia, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding your post.
I appreciate the details that were shared in your post and for troubleshooting this situation before posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.
Keep me posted.

Did my response answer your questions? I have followed the directions and it still does not work. Is it a system issue?
