Not receiving notifications on Inspire with Huawei P20

I have just updated my phone Hauwei P20 to EMUI 10 and now my notifications to my inspire don't work. Keep getting notification service not running. I have the app fully updated and tried restarting my phone many times still no luck

Hi, @RicardoFitbit I've already done that and still not getting notifications to Fitbit. The Fitbit syncing the phone and I can receive the test call just none of my notifications

Me too. I keep seeing a phone restart needs to be done to receive notifications.. I've done it over and over including device factory reset. It's 6 months old...getting really frustrated.

Thanks for trying the troubleshooting steps that were shared on my previous post, I understand how frustrating this matter can be you each of you. To further investigate, can you please let me know if you're using the Huawei P20 Pro or Lite version? Also, please send me a screenshot of the notifications settings from the Messages app to verify that everything is correctly configured.

I believe I have the Huawei Lite as I didn't choose Pro. Here's screen shots of app and phone. Let me know if I've sent the right screen shots and I can send more showing everything is on as per troubleshooting. Kim

@kez1710 I appreciate the screenshot that was attached and for the details of your phone model. I apologize because my screenshot request was a bit vague, I need a screenshot of the notifications settings of the Fitbit app from the Messages app, just as the one that was shared by @Mrspomp. Can you please send it to me so I can further investigate? 

 

@Mrspomp Thanks for the information that was shared with me. Since you're using the Lite version, I recommend you to check our help article: For more information about using the Fitbit

Hi @kez1710, thank you for providing a screenshot of the app showing the error. If you haven't done so, please try logging out of the app, restart your phone, log back in. Finally, turn on the notifications. In the meantime, let me know what is the model of your Fitbit device.

I'm still having problems with my Huawei Y6 2019 phone, I have syncing issues Fitbit versa lite Lags in time. What do you suggest please?
