My Samsung S10 loaded an update last week. Later on in the day my Versa 2 stopped receiving texts from the Samsung Messages app (v 11.0.00.209). I cleared the cache, restarted both devices and even reset my Versa 2. It's still not working. I switched over to Verizon Message+ and it's working but I don't care for that messaging app. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

No it didn't work. I tried several times before and tried again today. Also, I am trying to get notifications from Samsung Messages NOT Verizon Message+. So the other user's post did not help at all.

Third post about this ridiculous problem! Fitbit, you should be ashamed that you cannot come up with a fix for people! This has been happening forever. I know it can work cause it did- what are you prepared to do for Versa owners? Will there be a fix that actually works in the near future??
