Not receiving notifications on Versa 3 with Samsung S20

I have a Versa 3.  The last 2 weeks, notifications have not been showing up with vibration/banner on watch.  I have tried multiple times restarting my Galaxy 20 phone and toggling the Bluetooth off/on to try to get it to work.  Very frustrating.  Any ideas?
