My fitbit versa app not receiving any type of notifications from phone.Every time I have to uninstall the app and then install for getting notifications.After sometime again same issue watch not receiving any notification.
Please suggest me any sollution for this

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post, thanks for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting too. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

I am using Oneplus6T which is based on Android 9 version and Operating system is Oxygen OS version 9.0.17
I already completed the troubleshooting of the device but still the problem is not solved.
From the Day1 I am facing the issue but still no result.

This message is showing in fitbit app again n again.Every time I need to uninstall the app and then reinstall to receive notification from the phone

Can you please let me know what happens when you restart the device? The banner disappear but suddenly is shown again? Please keep in mind that your OnePlus 6T mobile device is not listed as compatible with our products and services, therefore, you can experience certain connection difficulties with it. That said, can you please try to setup the notifications again and then restart your mobile device? If you continue experiencing difficulties, please try with a compatible device instead so we can determine if the compatibility of your mobile device is causing the issue.

It disappear for sometime but suddenly it appear on the app after restarting the device and connecting it with the app.
If it is not compatible with my device then make it compatible as it is not possible for me to change my device

Let me share with you that here at Fitbit we are always working and testing different mobile devices to ensure that our users can use such devices with our products and services without any difficulty. That said, my best advice for you will be to periodically check our list of compatible devices for any update regarding the OnePlus 6T.

I think this issue resolved after the new update provided by fitbit,after the update I am continuously receiving notifications and hope it will work well in future also.
Let me keep this issue under observation for next few days then I will update you the status

Again the issue appear in my app as I am not receiving any notification.
I don't understand why your team is not able to solve this issue permanently nor your team is ready to find the root cause for this issue.
I am continuously following up with your team from the date of purchase but still no sollution provided by your team.
I am not expecting this type of service from fitbit,really unhappy with your service.
