I have not been able to receive notifications on my Versa since Wednesday. Specifically text messages, emails or even phone. Any advice? I have tried logging out and back in, still nothing.

Thanks for sharing what you have tried and sharing everything you have tried.
In this case, I'd like to recommend that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article. The steps in there will help so that the notifications start working correctly.
Additionally please also let me know what phone is it that you are using with your Fitbit. That should shed some light of what is going on.
