Not receiving notifications with Honor 10

Hi, I upgraded my phone from a Samsung galaxy to an Honor 10 a few months ago.

Everytime I charge my fitbit versa lite, which disconnects from my phone when I leave the watch at home, I've noticed that the notifications to the watch don't work (Everytime this happens) and I have to hard-reset the phone and disconnect notifications manually. I also get the error message "notification services aren't working".

 

Is this a fitbit error or is it the phone compatibility? If this problem persists, I'm going to have to get rid of the watch as the main use is for notifications and stuff.

To resolve this situation, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps. 

 

Keep in mind that the Honor 10 is not compatible with our products and services, therefore, you can experience some connection difficulties with it.
