I use a OnePlus 5 phone and about 4 to 5 months ago, I stopped receiving any notification on my phone.
Both the versa and my are at the lastest app.
I know that versa stopped supporting the OnePlus 5, does it mean I have to change my phone in order to use the versa properly? Can anyone help?

After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
Keep in mind that the OnePlus 5 is not listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you can experience connection difficulties with it.
