Hello @Sbuk thanks for bringing this to my attention, it's a pleasure to assist you with your Charge 2. Welcome to the Community Forums!

Let me share with you that the Samsung Galaxy A70 is not currently listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you may experience certain connection difficulties with it. I'm aware that some users are able to use non-compatible devices with our Fitbit products, however, we cannot ensure a proper function of all its features due to this compatibility concern. Therefore, even though your new mobile device is not compatible, lets give it a try to our help article: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

If by any chance you're still unable to receive notifications on your Fitbit with your mobile device, I suggest you to try with a compatible device to avoid this situation

I'll be here if you need anything else, please keep me posted.

Hi  i also recently upgraded to an a70 and since then not received calls or messages  on my fitbit.   Will this issue be resolved?  Is our fitbit charge 2 doomed now we have an A70?  Is it the same for all fitbits with the A70?  I no longer have another device that will compatible.  Please advise.  I look forward to hearing from you. Btw,  I followed all the articles of getting notifications and nothing worked

I have only had my charge 2 for nearly a year I really dont want to have to buy another Fitbit as they are not exactly cheap. I did have a cheaper version before getting my charge 2

Tell me about it!  I only recently got a charge 2 (well for Christmas) . I specifically wanted this one for the call and text notifications.  Now what are we going to do?  It's just a fitness tracker and nothing special.

Hello guys! It's a pleasure to continue providing assistance with your Charge 2 devices and the inconvenience experienced with your non-compatible mobile devices. Thanks for your replies and updates @Sbuk @CindyM2007, my apologies for the delay in responding.

I'd like to let you know that Fitbit is always working and testing non-compatible mobile devices to make sure that they meet all the requirements to be used with our products and services. I appreciate the feedback that was submitted in each of your posts, we are always striving to improve the Fitbit experience with the services we provide, therefore, the information that was shared with me is really helpful for us. Please take in consideration that's not necessary to buy another Fitbit, however, if you want to avoid the difficulties experienced with the Samsung Galaxy A70, I recommend you to use a compatible device instead.

I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
