Not receiving notifications with Samsung S10+

My Alta hr has stopped receiving text notifications. I've restarted it, unsynced and  resynced.  Restarted the phone and nothing. Can this be fixed?

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if your Samsung S10+ is running Android 9 or Android 10? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Alta HR are correctly configured.

 

After verifying the above, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes. Keep in mind that we are aware of an issue that's affecting the notifications feature on Android 10 and working to resolve it as soon as possible.

Don't hold your breath and don't let Fitbit support run you around like they did me for two days before saying "it's a known issue" and "we don't support Note 10+".

Look at all the posts I have done about it. 

They have not fixed it, they can not tell me when they are going to fix it. 

Best bet is to get a Samsung watch.
