I received my Versa 2 for Christmas and everything worked great for about 2 wks. Then one day my phone did an update and suddenly I stopped receiving text notifications on my Versa. I still get call notifications (even though there's a significant delay). I've checked 1000 times to make sure I'm setup in the app to receive text notifications. I've deleted the app and reinstalled. I've disconnected my Versa from my phone and then reconnected with bluetooth. Today I did the newest update for the Versa and still no change. I've restarted my phone, the tracker, disconnected and reconnected, deleted and reinstalled the app, checked all settings and am just at a loss. So frustrating.

Exact same problem for me. Update from Fitbit is what made mine stop working. I even called and spoke with their reps. Did complete setup and still did not work.

First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.
Keep in mind that we are aware of an issue that's affecting the notifications feature on Android 10 and working to resolve it as soon as we can.
