Hi @CoachWalley, welcome to the Community Forums.

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

Looking forward to your reply.

Your reply is appreciated @CoachWalley.

Please try the steps that were specified on my previous post and let me know the outcome. Also, let's make sure that power management for the Fitbit app is disabled. Go to your phone settings > apps > Fitbit > Power or battery.

I'll be around.

I'm having the same problem.  As soon as I upgraded to the Galaxy S21 Ultra, I stopped getting text notifications, call notifications,  or the 250 per hour notifications.  I've followed other solutions I found on line and nothing works.  I tested the vibration with the timer, so that is not the problem.  I even disconnected the device and added it again but that didn't work. The face also no longer turns on when I turn my wrist up. It is basically a step tracker now.  That's it. Please look in to issues with your software and the new S21.

Also, I tried all of the troubleshooting tips on this page: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1979.htm

Hopefully you have fixed this noe, but I had to go and redefine the apps I wanted notifications from in the fitbit app (even though they were set to yes, there was no other apps selected).

Hi @VR222 -  if you have changed phones was the switch over done properly?

If there is any link with the old phone it could explain why you don't get messages from the new phone.

hi, actually something from the tips I mentioned did helped. I receive notifications now, but cant tell what exactly helped, but I did everything from the list, rebooting the phone, fitbit device, unpaired the device, reinstalled fitbit app and so on. all of the sudden I have received the notification, now they do work.

I got it to work,

not sure what exactly helped though, I have re-installed the app in the phone, I have unpaired then paired it back with my fitbit, in the middle I was restarting both device and the phone and so on, I also tried to change settings - turn off all notification/restart the phone/turn on the notifications, I also turned on/off do not disturb mode on the fitbit - I think probably that helps but probably with one of the solutions I mentioned before together, I think that was one of the last things I have tried but I am not sure if I did a test notification afterwards

so.... then in an hour or so when I already gave up I have received the notification, and then I have tried test notification - all works.
