I just got a verse 2 and am trying to set it up. I am not receiving text messages, emails, or notifications. I have a samsung 8+. I've made sure the do not disturb is on. What else can I do?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting too. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.
