I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 9.  Ever since last update, I no longer receive notifications of any kind.  I have version 3.11.  Notifications were working fine up to this point.

Sorry.  I found the resolution in someone else's post.  A new option to always vibrate for notifications even when phone is in do not disturb or silent mode!!  Thank goodness!  If my phone ringer was on, why would I need to be notified via my fitbit??!!
