My FitBit is synced to my phone, but how do you get text and call notifications? They don't show up on my FitBit

Hi @FitStephKB. Welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for sharing that your Fitbit is syncing and let me help you to get the notifications working correctly. Before anything else, please make sure of the following requirements:
- The Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
- You've allowed the Fitbit app to run in the background on your phone.
- The notifications are turned On in your Fitbit.
If those requirements are met, set up your notifications:
- Remove your Fitbit from the Bluetooth settings.
- Open the Fitbit app and tap on your profile picture > your Fitbit icon.
- Tap on Sync now to get it connected.
- Tap on Notifications and follow the onscreen instructions to pair your Fitbit to your phone. When prompted, allow the Fitbit app to access notifications.
- Choose the types of notifications you want to receive. If applicable, you can tap App Notifications to choose other apps you want notifications from.
I'll be around so let me know how it goes!

Hi @FitStephKB. It's great to see you back and I'm sorry for the delayed response.
You're welcome and thanks to you for keeping me updated. I'm glad that you're able to receive your notifications on your Fitbit device! I believe you have the Versa 2 since you mentioned to be unable to set up Amazon Alexa and to work on this together, may I know what error message are you seeing? Are you having issues to set up Amazon Alexa or is the issue when using one of its functions? Also, are you located in a country supported by Alexa on Versa 2? Please provide me with more details so I can further investigate.
I'll look forward to your response.
