Just reinstall v3.11 on Android. No notifications are being received at all. Sync service won't run in the background even after phone restart. Using new versa2

Im having the same trouble.  So tired of having this trouble, think i'll return mine and get a Samsung watch.  Good luck with getting this fixed

Also make sure that GPS and Bluetooth are on, reboot then install. The software seems to be sensitive to sequence.... If you leave location off for a while, syns service disappears...
