Hi anyone help how to fix the problem of my Fitbit Versa Lite that keeps disconnecting from Bluetooth after pairing with my phone for music controls it connects then disconnects after few seconds it frustrates me.

Hi @warrenGP and welcome to the forums. Which phone are you syncing to? Is it on the list of Supported Devices? And which music service are you trying to use? Please let us know. Also, please do not reply in ALL CAPS. It’s more difficult to read and is against Community Guidelines.

I use a 2017 samsung J7 pro. Iam talking about the music control after pairing with my phone it stays paired for few seconds then disconnects again.

Hi @warrenGP - Unfortunately, your phone is not on the list of the list of Supported Devices.
This may be contributing to your problem. Have you been able to successfully download music to your Versa or play in the Versa Music app? Was it your own music or a playlist from a premium Pandora account? I need as much information as possible.

No its a versa lite so i just connect via bluetooth to use the watch music controls but it keeps on disconnecting.
