Hi all,
I can't get call and message notification on Flex 2, but I can set the alarms. Has anybody ever experienced it? Can anybody please let me know how to fix it?
My phone is Google Pixel 3 and my Versa works fine. Only my Flex is having this issue. Thanks.

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To resolve this issue, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Flex 2 are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps. Keep in mind that if your Versa is connected to the same mobile device at the same time, it will cause interference with the Bluetooth connection between your phone and the Flex 2.
