I opened the application normally like everyday to check my recent activities,
Somehow it showed that my fitbit isn't paired to bluetooth,
I checked my bluetooth and restarted my phone but still! My phone won't recognize my fitbit!
I restarted my Fitbit versa like they suggested in Fitbit community but now my fitbit versa isn't working :)!
I'm getting a black background and Fitbit logo, and says "to start, download fitbit app"
So what's wrong?! I'm really disappointed! It's been only a year since I bought it

The message on your Fitbit Versa is for you to re-setup the device with your account. I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device.
