I can no longer receive text messages on my ionic. I can get calls. I can't swipe right to get to allow phone. Any help would be great. Thanks

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

I have a LG v30 phone. I've had problems in the past but figured it out. It just recently started. Think it was just before an update to the Fitbit. I have the ionic. I can get calls but no text messages. There is now no notification option on the Fitbit. Had no problems getting text messages until recently. Everything is on in the app. I've turned them off and back on. I've deleted the app and got it back again but nothing has worked. Please help. Thanks
