Let me share with you that Fitbit devices do not work with the Samsung Health app, the information that's tracked with your Fitbit will be synced to the Fitbit app. That said, can you please let me know if you're experiencing this issue with the Fitbit app itself or the other app? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to try the following steps:
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
- Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
- Reboot your mobile device.
- Reinstall the Fitbit app.
- Login using your account credentials.
