Not receiving text notifications (Samsung s10+)

I'm aware this has been a known issue w Samsung users not receiving text messages notifications but did anyone else work perfectly yesterday (01/27/20)?!? Mine worked perfectly and now back to nothing! @Fitbit this is getting really old and I hope its fixed shortly! Obviously whatever you did yesterday worked! Customers spend way to much money on your products for it not to work properly!

*and yes I've done all the "Troubleshooting" until I'm blue in the face*

Same here I also have the S10+ and I get everything except text messages. I'm so extremely frustrated it's crazy I've been dealing with this since Christmas and I've probably only gotten a hand full of text through since then. Would like to know when it's going to be fixed. Considering going to get a Samsung watch instead

Yep! I got my for Christmas and worked great for about 3 days then have only gotten random text here and there. You would think Fitbit would be on this as Samsung and Google users are their biggest customers! I found most people that have iPhone have iwatch.
