I need help with my text message notification.  My calls vibrate but nothing for text messages and it is selected.  I have a Samsung phone

Hello @Rousse, good to see you have joined the Fitbit Community! I saw your text notifications are not going through with your Flex 2, despite the call notifications are working.

Certainly and odd behavior, but in this case the best to try are the recommendation from notifications. So if the issue continue, please give it a try to this help article: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone.
