No longer receiving text message notifications on versa lite after Fitbit app updated on 9/19/19. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S10 running android version 9. Please come out with new update to correct this!

Hello @shebi63 i would recheck permissions and settings, especially the allow to run in background and turn off battery management for the Fitbit app

Thank you for your suggestion. I've already done that and tried all other
troubleshooting. I receive all other notifications. According to customer
service, it is this version of the Fitbit app that is not allowing text
message notifications to come through and I need to wait for an update.

UPDATE: just downloaded update for Fitbit app and now receiving text message notifications again!!!
