I had the same problem months ago when my blaze product was not compatable with my new phone Samsung Galaxy 10e. Then it started working and now for the last three weeks my text messages do not come through again. I called Fitbit support and they stated there is a glitch again. I feel that this is just an excuse and I can't find a way for it to work. I depend on the text messages to work because I'm always in meetings and I don't know when a message is important without looking at my phone. I am about to look for something other than a fitbit product or I feel I should be upgraded since this does not work for what I bought it for.
