I have a Samsung Galaxy S10. My Versa Lite updated yesterday and my text notifications won't come through my fitbit at all and calls only half the time. I have gone through every step imaginable to fix this. Also not digging the new quick start screen from the left button

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa Lite are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

I am having the exact same issue. I did the update today and ever since I cannot get any notifications. I trouble shooted everything and all my settings are correct.

I have a different Andriod phone (Huawei) and I have synced my Fitbit to three times, I keep getting a red notification stating I need to restart my phone to enable notifications I have done this 5 times and the notifications will come through for 10 minutes and then the red notification appears again. I just bought the Fitbit today and it did the same firmware update
