So, I see that since the update to my Fitbit that I am receiving everything but text messages. Apparently there is a glitch. Does anyone know when that is suppose to be fixed? Or, not fixed?

I am soooo upset this is happening! I upgraded to the versa 2... for the key fact I could voice reply with alexa when I received text messages. Well... how am I going to reply to text that wont get Alerted to my phone?!
I spoke with 'Apple' with Fitbit support. She assured me that she knows itll be fixed ASAP. Well... is that ASAP 2 weeks from now?! A month?! Never?!

This is super frustrating! I'm so happy I'm not the only one! I seriously want to throw my phone and my Versa 2 across the room at this point!

Thank you for your quick response! I have a Samsung S10 that had a recent update. I thought I had fixed the issue with my Versa 2 yesterday, but there still appears to be an issue. Maybe something to do with the bluetooth connection? Again, thank you for your response! I've done everything as far as troubleshooting. (Restarted both my phone and the Versa 2, deleted and reinstalled the app, deleted all of my bluetooth devices, made sure everything was correct in my notification options both in the app and on the Versa 2.)

Thanks for letting me know! I just restarted my phone and my Versa and it seems to be working! That happened before though so we'll see. It had worked for a little bit, then stopped working again.

Ugh. This is my first Fitbit and I'm pretty disappointed. The texts won't sync and neither will spotify.

I am getting everything but texts. This is so frustrating. One of the main reasons I got the fit bit was to not miss anything. I.e. my kids school
